The Most Popular Epoxy Flake Color Combinations for Garages, Basements & Commercial Floors

garage after epoxyChoosing the right color is one of the most enjoyable parts of designing a new epoxy flake floor, but with so many combinations available, it can also be one of the hardest decisions. At Swayd Epoxy Floors, we’ve installed a wide range of colors and blends, and over time we’ve seen certain combinations become clear favorites among our customers.

To simplify selection and keep projects moving without unnecessary material delays, we warehouse our most popular Torginol flake blends. The chart below shows our Swayd Signature Blends, representing the colors our customers choose most often.

Our Most Popular Flake Colors

Signature Epoxy Flake Blends

Our Signature Blends include a mix of neutral, contemporary, and bolder options that work well with everything from residential garages and basements to commercial spaces.

Domino (FB-411) is one of the most recognizable flake combinations, with a high-contrast mix of black, white, and gray. It creates a clean, classic appearance and works particularly well in garages where customers want a crisp, finished look.

Wombat (FB-616) and Nightfall (FB-715) offer darker gray palettes. These blends are popular for customers looking for a more industrial or contemporary appearance and are also great at complementing darker cabinetry, equipment, and garage interiors.

For customers who prefer a lighter floor, Gravel (FB-414) and Tidal Wave (FB-807) combine multiple shades of light gray, white, and softer tones. These blends can help make garages and basements feel brighter and larger while still providing enough variation to help disguise dirt and normal wear.

Warm neutrals continue to be very popular as well. Creekbed (FB-716), Cabin Fever (FB-127), and Shoreline (FB-421) incorporate beige, tan, gray, and earth tones. They are excellent choices for basements, patios, pool areas, and garages where the floor needs to coordinate with warmer walls, stone, brick, or cabinetry.

For something with more personality, Orbit (FB-310) incorporates a bold blue into a black, white, and gray blend, while Outback (FB-517) combines warm tans and browns with contrasting black and white. These selections can add considerably more character while still maintaining the durability and functionality of a full-flake flooring system.

Why We Stock These Colors

Because these blends are consistently among the most requested colors by our customers, Swayd Epoxy Floors keeps them in inventory whenever possible. That means we can typically schedule and complete installations without waiting for special order flake to arrive.

Keeping our most popular colors in stock also lets customers see combinations that have worked well in previous installations, rather than choosing from hundreds of possibilities.

That said, you’re not limited to the colors shown here.

Want a Different Color? No Problem.
