I’m a contractor and a perfectionist, so I don’t hand out praise lightly. Swayd Epoxy Floors beat other quotes by over $1,000, which made me skeptical — but their 5-star reputation checked out.

They transformed a rough 50-year-old, 400 sq. ft. farm garage floor (sheep, pigs, dogs — you name it) into a showroom-quality surface. The crew was punctual, professional, and used serious commercial-grade equipment with virtually zero dust.

Roman and his team at Swayd were such an easy and efficient company to work with. Their communication throughout the process, the competitive prices, and most importantly the quality of the work is amazing. They finished all the work within the timeframe discussed, everything was properly disposed of and the area cleaned better then before. My garage looks better then i imagined. I would have no problem recommending Swayd to anyone or have them take on future projects in my home.

Roman and his crew did a great job! The proposal was clear and cost competitive. The crew spent a lot of time on preparation, which I think made a big difference in the end result. Roman kept us informed as to process and progress throughout the two-day effort. We have one more section of floor to do in our 110-year old house and will have SwayD do the work when we’re ready.
