Epoxy Flooring in Marlton, NJ
A newly acquired church in Marlton, had big plans for their space, starting with the floors. The building’s old vinyl and carpet tiles were ready to be replaced with something more durable. We knew exactly how to tackle this large-scale project. After removing all existing flooring, we installed our signature epoxy flake system for a surface that’s both stunning and strong.
Nothing transforms a space quite like epoxy flake flooring. We love showing customers the incredible results they can achieve – and this project was one of our biggest!
Tackling the Challenge
This was an exciting project that required detailed planning and careful execution. Our first challenge was removing years of vinyl and carpet tiles from the entire building. Using floor scrapers, our team stripped away the old flooring. But that was just the beginning – we then tackled the stubborn mastic glue underneath, using our diamond grinding process to create the perfect surface for the new epoxy floors.
Our proven process ensures lasting results. After thoroughly cleaning and prepping the concrete surface, we applied a moisture barrier to prevent any future adhesion issues. Next came our signature epoxy flake application – a process we’ve perfected over countless projects.
We started with the epoxy base coat, carefully broadcasting flakes to create depth and texture. After letting it cure properly, we removed excess flakes and applied our polyaspartic top coat. This final layer doesn’t just add a shine – it provides outstanding durability and UV protection that keeps your floors looking fresh for years.
Each step matters, and that’s why we never rush the process. Quality installation means following proper cure times and paying attention to every detail.
Creating Lasting Floors
The finished floors speak for themselves! The old, worn surfaces are now replaced with a seamless, professional epoxy flake system that completely changes the look of the space. “Floors came out great and the installers were great,” says David Cheetham, and we couldn’t agree more.
An epoxy flake floor isn’t just about looks – it’s a smart choice for commercial spaces. The surface stands up to heavy foot traffic, resists stains, and cleans up easily. Plus, the flake pattern adds grip, making it safer for visitors and staff alike.
