Epoxy flooring has endless applications. Solid epoxy is a popular option for:
Solid color epoxy floors offer a sleek and smooth look and feel, and you still have a great selection of colors. Solid colors are popular in warehouses, clean rooms and garages. If the goal is to maintain a consistent and uniform appearance throughout a space, solid color epoxy is a better choice than metallic or flake.
The absence of flakes means there are no crevices for dirt or debris to get trapped in, simplifying the cleaning process. And just like any other epoxy flooring, the results are durable and will protect the surface for years to come.
When you go with a solid color epoxy system, we’ll mix the epoxy resin with the desired color pigment and then add hardener. We then apply the epoxy base coat using a squeegee followed by a roller, spreading it evenly over the surface. Once cured, we repair any bubbles or imperfections to ensure a smooth and even surface for the topcoat.
If slip resistance is important, we can add sand to the surface to ensure the surface is extra safe. Your options are endless when it comes to achieving the look you want. Use our visualizer tool to try out some different finish options.

During your estimate, we’ll check dimensions, concrete hardness and moisture levels to ensure we have the right products for the job. We’ll also review finish options with you.
Prepare the surface
We clean the concrete to remove dirt, dust & grease. Then we repair any cracks or imperfections and may diamond grind the surface to ensure proper adhesion.
Prime and coat
We may apply a concrete primer to enhance adhesion and prevent air bubbles. We then mix the epoxy resin and hardener and apply evenly to the surface.
Cure and seal
Once the epoxy cures, we repair any imperfections and apply a sealer to enhance durability and provide UV protection. Once the sealer is cured, you are good to go!
